Chithra holds a BEng in chemical engineering from the University of Technology, Malaysia, and is completing a Master’s degree from the Malaysian Institute of Supply Chain Innovation. She is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER FOR SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE AND GOVERNANCE

Imad is an energy and climate advisor focused on resilient infrastructure in resource constrained settings. He is a research fellow at University College London.

As advisor to the Government of Rwanda, Imad has been involved in ensuring the delivery of rural healthcare, water and power. He is widely published in the fields of human rights, identity, finance and macroeconomics, innovation, international development and climate change. In September, he published a book on the nexus between climate change and hydropower in an African context.

Imad holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, a Masters of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a PhD in Infrastructure Economics and Finance from University College, London.

Frances is an experienced intrapreneur with a track record of driving revenue generation and cost reduction through innovative thinking. With a decade of experience in banking, finance, and manufacturing, she specializes in business analysis, operational excellence, and process automation.

Based in the Philippines, Frances is a Lean Six Sigma (black belt) trained professional with a Technology Entrepreneurship Certification from Harvard Business School's HarvardX scheme. She is also pursuing a higher degree in Technology Management at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Frances is a graduate member of the Registered Financial Planners Institute and the National Institute of Accounting Technicians.

Frances combines her deep industry knowledge with outside-the-box thinking to deliver exceptional results. Her passion for innovation and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable asset.

Iain has extensive experience in commercial contracts and business value analysis. He has a strong track record in building business cases for digital transformation strategies, including total cost of ownership and ROI analyses, and advising on related legal compliance and commercial risks. Iain is also proficient in creating commercial strategies and drafting, negotiating, and closing buy and sell-side IT-related contracts.

Iain recently served as Head of Legal at ParentPay Group, where he managed the commercial stream of a business-critical digital transformation project for a new acquisition. Prior to that, he was the APJ Client Strategy Manager for Nutanix.

Iain holds a BSc in economics from the London School of Economics, a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, and Professional Certification in Law from Hong Kong University.

Based in Bath, Iain has a keen interest in business and economic affairs and enjoys trail running and SCUBA.
