Discovery.

Design.

Now we know where the opportunities are and what they are worth, it’s time for solutions. This process engages with those who will be living the changes - a vital part of delivering lasting benefits.

Depending on the piece work, allocating a team from your business to the project at this stage can be beneficial, increasing the understanding that the changes are owned by the stakeholders, and not brought in from outside.

Project Key Performance Indicators are identified and agreed, allowing progress to be tracked during implementation, and a detailed project plan is signed off.

Delivery.

Implementing change can be challenging. Ensuring that those affected feel ownership of the changes allows these challenges to be met with determination rather than frustration. Our team has the experience to ensure a smooth delivery of changes, and to facilitate any refinements throughout the process.

During this stage in a project, regular meetings are held with our senior stakeholders to review progress against the plan, and to see the hard work translate into real-world benefits.
