Dr Imad Ahmed Joins Swire Advisory Board
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER FOR SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE AND GOVERNANCE
Imad is an energy and climate advisor focused on resilient infrastructure in resource constrained settings. He is a research fellow at University College London.
As advisor to the Government of Rwanda, Imad has been involved in ensuring the delivery of rural healthcare, water and power. He is widely published in the fields of human rights, identity, finance and macroeconomics, innovation, international development and climate change. In September, he published a book on the nexus between climate change and hydropower in an African context.
Imad holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, a Masters of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a PhD in Infrastructure Economics and Finance from University College, London.
